Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry
A quick and easy chicken and broccoli stir-fry recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 Red bell pepper sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the broccoli and red bell pepper, stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
