Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli and red bell pepper, stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
