Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 pcs Chicken breasts sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 lb Fettuccine pasta
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
