  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cherry preserves

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, and brown sugar.
  3. Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread cherry preserves over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
