Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Eggs

Topping

  • 1 can Cherry pie filling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
