Crust
- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 Eggs
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
