Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set. Let cool.
Spread cherry pie filling over the cooled cheesecake. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
