Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set. Let cool.
  5. Spread cherry pie filling over the cooled cheesecake. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
