Cherry Almond Clafoutis

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups pitted cherries
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the flour and salt, and whisk until smooth.
Grease a baking dish and spread the pitted cherries evenly on the bottom.
Pour the batter over the cherries and sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the clafoutis is set and golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
