Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Almond extract

Topping

  • 1 can Cherry pie filling
  • ¼ cup Sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling and toasted almonds before serving.
