- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and onion.
Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
