Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and onion.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
