Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  4. Pour the filling into the crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Let the pie cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
