Brownie Layer
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
Cheesecake Layer
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until combined.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in the pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the cheesecake layer is set.
Let cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
