Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
Pour filling over the crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
