Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Spread beef mixture in a pie dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over beef mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
