Delicious and easy cheese twists made with puff pastry and cheddar cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
Brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the pastry.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut into strips and twist each strip.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack before serving.
