- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and paprika. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Serve warm with pretzels.
