  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 piece Pear thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  4. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  5. Arrange the pear slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the dried thyme and crumbled blue cheese over the pears.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
