  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook undisturbed for a minute.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.
  5. 5. Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
