Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary, or parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan and Gruyere cheeses evenly over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped herbs, salt, and black pepper over the cheese.
  5. Roll up both long sides of the pastry towards the center until they meet in the middle.
  6. Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled pastry into ¼-inch thick slices.
  7. Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the palmiers are golden and crispy.
  9. Let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
