Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower chopped into florets
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, then mash them in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed cauliflower. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into small patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
