Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped into small florets
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cauliflower, eggs, flour, parsley, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Scoop spoonfuls of the cauliflower mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly with a spatula.
  4. 4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
