- 1 head Cauliflower grated
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- ½ cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
Grate the cauliflower and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, flour, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly with a spatula. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
