Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower grated
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Grate the cauliflower and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, flour, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly with a spatula. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
