  2. Add beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly.
  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
