  • 6 pcs Carrots medium-sized, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the carrot fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are tender and slightly crispy.
