Instructions 

  1. Mix grated carrots, mashed chickpeas, onions, cilantro, flour, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
