- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup chickpeas, mashed
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Mix grated carrots, mashed chickpeas, onions, cilantro, flour, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
