Caramelized Onion And Gruyere Tart
A delicious tart with caramelized onions and Gruyere cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
Roll out puff pastry and place in a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Spread caramelized onions over the puff pastry. Sprinkle Gruyere cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm.
