Caramel Turtle Cheesecake

Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Let cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Top with caramel sauce, melted chocolate, and chopped pecans before serving.
