Caramel Turtle Cheesecake
A decadent cheesecake with caramel, chocolate, and pecans.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup Caramel sauce
- 1 cup Chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
Let cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with caramel sauce, melted chocolate, and chopped pecans before serving.
