- 500 g Chicken breast cut into cubes
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
