Ingredients 

Brownie Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Sundae Ingredients

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup chopped nuts optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter and mix with sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Pour into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let cool and cut into squares.
  8. Place a brownie square in a bowl, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle caramel sauce, and sprinkle nuts if using.
