Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Ripe Bananas mashed
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Caramel Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Mix in the beaten eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix well.
  5. Add the flour and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan, drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter, then pour the remaining batter on top.
  7. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top and use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
