Pie Crust
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Unsalted butter cold and cubed
- ¼ cup Ice water
Filling
- 6 Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Caramel sauce
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter for the crust. Add ice water and mix until dough forms. Roll out and place in pie dish.
In another bowl, mix apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Pour into pie crust.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the apple mixture.
Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut slits for steam. Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
