Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped

Topping

  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Fold in chopped apples. Pour mixture into crust.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving.
