Crust
- 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ½ cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Topping
- 2 cups Apples peeled, cored, and diced
- ½ cup Caramel Sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a baking pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour over crust.
Top with diced apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
Bake for 40 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
