- 4 cups bread, cubed day-old or stale
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add the cubed bread and chopped apples to the mixture. Stir until the bread is well coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
