Main Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cubed
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush portobello mushrooms with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
Fill each mushroom cap with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and cheese is melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
