- 4 slices Bread preferably ciabatta or baguette
- 2 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 1 handful Fresh Basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Slice the bread and toast if desired.
2. Layer the mozzarella, tomato, and basil leaves on one slice of bread.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Top with the other slice of bread and serve immediately.
