Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pizza dough
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. 2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  4. 4. Arrange the mozzarella slices evenly over the dough.
  5. 5. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  8. 8. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the pizza.
  9. 9. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. 10. Slice and serve immediately.
