Caprese Pasta Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
- ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- to taste Salt and pepper
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
