Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
Brush flatbread with olive oil.
Arrange mozzarella slices and cherry tomatoes on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
