  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush flatbread with olive oil.
  4. Arrange mozzarella slices and cherry tomatoes on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
