Caprese Chicken Burgers

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 cup Fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 cup Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 4 Burger buns
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Brush patties with olive oil and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
Top each patty with a slice of mozzarella and grill until melted.
Assemble burgers with buns, grilled patties, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves.
