Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 3 packages Cream cheese, softened (8 oz each)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, instant coffee, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before removing from pan.
