- 2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 unit Red bell pepper roasted and peeled
1. Add garlic, cumin seeds, paprika, and salt to a blender.
2. Add red wine vinegar and olive oil.
3. Add roasted red bell pepper.
4. Blend until smooth.
