Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Croutons

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. 2. Slowly whisk in olive oil until the dressing is well combined and creamy.
  3. 3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. In a large salad bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with the dressing until evenly coated.
  5. 5. Add croutons and additional Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
