Main Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this into the creamed mixture.
Fold in the butterscotch chips and toffee bits.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
