- 1 large Butternut squash peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the butternut squash fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
