  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the butternut squash fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
