Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet.

In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Pour batter onto the baking sheet. Spread evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve.
