- 4 bell peppers halved and seeded
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoon chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
Stuff the bell peppers with the chicken mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
