  • 4 bell peppers halved and seeded
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
  3. Stuff the bell peppers with the chicken mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
