Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 8 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
  3. 3. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, and add a layer of buffalo chicken mixture.
  4. 4. Top with more cheese and another tortilla. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. 5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Cut into wedges and serve.
