- 2 pieces Flatbreads
- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
Spread chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, red onion, and celery on top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and cut into slices.
