Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Flatbreads
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. Spread chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, red onion, and celery on top.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and cut into slices.
