Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water, and garlic powder until smooth.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce.
Return cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
