  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and Brussels sprouts. Cook until browned and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cooked bacon and serve warm.
