  • 4 slices Baguette toasted
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 handful Fresh basil chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
